What We Look for in Our Caregivers
To ensure the best care for our clients, we have specific requirements for our caregivers:

Must be 21 years or older at the time of hire

Pass a full Motor Vehicle Record check and background check

Must complete our comprehensive training course with at least an 85% score for certification

Must have at least 4 years of proven home care experience

Have reliable and clean transportation

Exhibit excellent punctuality and reliability
